Sara Diana Ægidius has studied composition in Denmark. In Germany she continued with orchestration and filmmusic.

Sara composes in all genres: pop, rock and jazz, as well as classical pieces for piano, strings and orchestra.

2013 she composed the music and soundtrack for the movie „Stillen“, that won a gold-medaille and the C.I.C.T.-Unesco-Award on UNICA. It also won the gold-medaille at the BDFA-Filmpreis and became the prize from the minister president in Bayern. The movie was shown at german television for the first time in 2014.

Music is a language, which has an unique ability to express, tell and create emotions, that stays in the memory.

Since then Sara produced a short-movie and the music to: "In unserer Welt". It was shown the first time at Landesfilmfestival and won the first prize. It also won the small "Bavaria Lion" at the Bundesfilmsfestival.

Now she is composing for movies, commercials and other projects...
